We are Earvin & Kathy, brother & sister, and also self taught bakers. We specialize in making vegan pan dulce, cakes, Mexican treats, and more.  

Our Mission:

Our goal is to be able to provide vegan options to underserved communities while remaining affordable for our raza. While showing that going vegan doesn’t mean giving up our cultural traditions, and overall just spreading veganism to our Latino community, one concha at a time!

Earvin Lopez

I was inspired to start baking vegan pan dulce after taking a trip to Portland and seeing the lack of vegan Mexican/Latinx cuisine. Using my knowledge of baking I started developing the recipes that we have now!
